We suggest you look a little more than photos of the Golden Gate Bridge and Painted Ladies.
If we're being honest, the majority of San Francisco does not live downtown. We've never seen a single syringe on a street in San Francisco, full stop. But we can't deny other issues "downtown" i.e. The Tenderloin and Civic Center in particular face.
